It's amazing the number of great friends I've made through reaading and discussing Dunnett books, not to mention discovering other books and other works of art as you metnion. "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" springs to mind --I might never have watched it without the discussion on Dunnett lists. Hard to imagine never having discoverd BVTS :-).
