Of course, I must note that in the drama category, Buffy the Vampire Slayer made the group that “just missed” the “nominated” category, along with more standard fare such as House, Grey’s Anatomy…and Battlestar Galactica. And BtVS star Sarah Michelle Gellar also “just missed” in the dramatic actress category.
These lists are completely unofficial, of course, but reflect the changing nature of television, which (as is frequently noted lately), is no longer completely dominated by three major broadcast networks, plus HBO and Showtime.
